3 Leap Day frog cupcakes we missed

Yesterday was Leap Day (February 29th), and we missed a few cupcake bakeries' frog cupcakes in celebration. the next big cupcake holiday is St. Patrick's Day, March 17th (if you're in Chicago, come to our meetup on St. Patrick's Day, noon-1 at Swirlz, 705 W. Belden, first dozen cupcakes are on us)!
