Valentine's Day Surprise Cupcakes

I haven't made cupcakes in awhile, but I decided to make these last week! They're yellow cake cupcakes with pink food coloring and chocolate frosting. They may look kind of plain on the outside, but there's a chocolatey surprise on the inside! I knew I wanted to use Hearshey kisses, but with all the Valentine's candy out at the grocery stores, I had a really hard time making up my mind. But I decided on the Hershey's hugs and I really like how they turned out.
