This time I took the savory route, after an inspiring recipe afterthought from Michael Bittman's
How to Cook Everything Vegetarian. I gave it a little Sarah B twist with some sweet potato goodness and a cilantro oil for drizzling. It's an all-together-unexpected-delight that is sure to silence the cynic in you.
