Awesomeness alert: Easter cupcake kebabs with Peeps and Rice Krispie treats!

Firstly, let me say that this week I discovered the blog Warm Sugary Goodness, and will be posting more from them soon, and that made me happy, and now they've taken cupcake kebabs to a new level with their Easter cupcake kebabs which include mini cupcakes, Peeps and Rice Krispie treats! So much fun on a stick. Love these. Also, they seem relatively easy to make (I've never made cupcake kebabs, though I have eaten my fair share) and so adaptable to whatever you have handy and want to include.

Irish cocktail whiskey chocolate ganache cupcakes in jars for St. Patrick's Day

Blogger ever clever mom made Irish cocktail cupcakes in jars for St. Patrick's Day! She's got the recipe and writes:
Serving the cupcakes up in jars means the frosting can be creamier and I added a lot more of that whiskey chocolate ganache this way. I love the way they turned out in the glass with the frosting on top... almost like little pints of Guinness.

Beautiful St. Patrick's Day shamrock cupcakes with Bailey's Irish Cream/Frangelico/Creme de Cacao buttercream and recipe link

These beautiful St. Patrick's Day cupcakes are above and beyond your typical shamrock! They're made with Bailey's Irish Cream/Frangelico/Creme de Cacao buttercream and blogger Pink Martinis and Pearls has the recipe and cupcake decorating tips. Happy, boozy cupcake making!

From the post:
These friends play together beautifully and are three of the five ingredients in the espresso martinis that I love.

Bailey’s is creamy goodness. Frangelico is hazelnut-flavored liqueur and CrĆØme de Cacao has a light chocolate flavor.

For the cupcakes, I substituted the liquid ingredients in the batter with two espresso martinis. Texturally, the recipe works but the intensity of the alcohol needs some refining but what I came up with for the icing is absolute perfection and I’d like to share the Irish love with you and how to decorate the shamrock cupcakes.
